Where did it all begin

My road to design began in childhood, with sketchbooks and color pencils gifted by my parents. Growing up as an immigrant in Bahrain, I developed a diverse imagination and love for expressing ideas through scribbles — an early figjam that shaped the designer I am today.

As time flew by, my family migrated back to India, where I began college. At the time I didn’t know about UX design, but architecture became the doorway I was curious to walk through. This path helped me grow as an individual, traveling across India and Europe, collaborating with friends to build the Cuckoo School in Tiruvannamalai, and later working alongside civil architects and engineers. These experiences shaped my understanding of how to bring ideas from paper to life.

In 2023, I tied the knot and moved to the US the following year. The early days were spent adjusting to a new city, but my passion for design never paused. Today, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Business & Science at Rutgers with a focus on UX Design, continuing to grow and refine my craft.

Resume

With 4+ years in the design industry and these days I am pursuing my Master’s in Business & Science at Rutgers, I merge spatial strategy with UX design to build products that are functional, empathetic, and impactful.

After hours, I love to spend time with my canvas and paintbrush, attending comedy shows and a huge water sports enthusiast.

The sanctum of my design lies in harmonizing business goals, accessibility, and user needs to craft inclusive digital experiences.
